Overall, I'm very impressed withl the details and her sexy body contour. I am so impressed that when Sideshow produced the X-23 vs. Lady Deathstrike diorama, I knew I had to have it as part of my collection.
I just hope that it's not like The Punisher vs. Daredevil diorama that SS produced. It was a major disappointment and so out of wack. The worse in all SS dioramas is the Spiral vs. Psylocke. The piece was so tiny that it looks cheap in quality.

During the House of M event, the Scarlet Witch used her powers to remove the X-Gene from mutants all around the world. That day, millions of mutants lost their abilities, and the few not effected found themselves part of an endangered species. Though it was thought that the mutant gene was eradicated, miraculously, a mutant child was born. This Mutant Messiah was taken under the protection of Cable, who sought to save the child from those who would do her harm. In the mountains of Canada, multiple teams converged, some to help the infant and others to harm the girl and her new caretaker. Two of the combatants, X-23 and Lady Deathstrike, locked themselves in a furious contest of adamantium claws and blood.

This statue came out on the date of my birthday, would you believe that. I saw it displayed at Midtown Comics and Forbidden Planet on 14th street in Manhattan, and it looked super amazing. Not only does it look super amazing but expensive as well. DC somehow pushed its release from December 9 to November 11, 2009. I found this out from the DC website.
I ordered mine online from urban-collector.com. This site was selling it for $199.99, saving me $50 from its orginal price. That is 20% savings. Too bad I ordered mine too soon. If I waited a little bit longer for black Friday, I would have saved 30% on this statue at St.Mark's comics store in Manhattan. Oh well.
